We are proud of our group of 20+ talented professionals from several nationalities and multiple backgrounds. We have biologists, computer scientists, economists, physicists, and mathematicians in our team but we feel that we can still improve our diversity footprint. Diversity VC Level II Accreditation
In July 2022, Nauta Capital received the Level 2 Accreditation by Diversity VC. We are extremely proud to have been recognised for our efforts to support the VC ecosystem in its drive to become a more diverse and inclusive industry.
The Diversity VC Standard is an assessment and certification process that measures internal and external DEI-related policies and programs funds have in place. The Standard was introduced in September 2020 and only 60 funds have obtained an accreditation since. We are in the company of many other leading funds, and have been recognised for our equal pay, parental leave and efforts in making sure we have a more diverse candidate and dealflow pipeline. We know we still have a long way to go, however, are excited for the future.
